She has been blessed to experience and learn various manifestations of yoga including chanting kirtan, mantra, meditation, and pranayama. Through moments of difficulty, Pati has utilized the stability, peace, and strength a regular yoga practice instills to overcome her tribulations, and teaches to help you cultivate vitality and vigor. Pati has taught yoga for almost a decade, and recieved her 200-hr certification through Three Sisters Yoga
