Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to prepare your body and mind for your new baby.

The class will help to develop and maintain the strength, flexibility and internal awareness needed for labor and the birth of the baby through breath and movement.

It offers an effective way to alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy and strengthens the pelvic floor for an easier delivery and for a faster post-delivery recovery.

This class is a gentle class that uses props and offers modifications for the changes pregnancy brings in mom’s body and life. Prenatal yoga class offers moms to be part of a supportive community, sharing tips about diet, natural remedies and more.

Kelly is a mom, certified doula, registered and certified yoga instructor and certified infant massage educator. She has always been attracted to pregnancy and birth. After the birth of her first child, she decided to dedicate her career to bring information and awareness for parents and parents-to-be. Kelly advocates that every woman can have an empowering and liberating birth experience. Her ultimate goal is to give you the tools to make that possible for you.
