Jen had always wanted to help others become healthier, happier people so she acquired a BS in nutrition. After becoming a wife and mother she realized how her education in nutrition, her yoga practice and raising a family all fit so well together. Jen believes making the right food choices and practicing yoga enhances the body, quiets the mind and enriches one’s soul. She uses this knowledge to keep herself and family healthy and happy.
