With ten years experience as a midwife, she has a strong foundation of deep listening skills, a clear and centered communication style, and a comprehensive knowledge of the human body that balances technical acumen with intuitive awareness.
Jill has discovered that being a mother and wife regularly affords her the opportunity to practice her yoga off the matJ. It is her intention to bring yoga into a more practical realm for everyday life, spiritually and physically.
