Nina’s interest in yoga was peaked at a very early age as she watched her mother practice. Years later she developed her own yoga practice. She found that yoga made her body and mind feel good and enabled her to stay present to enjoy the good moments and face difficult moments with acceptance. As a result, Nina feels more alive and connected to the universe. Nina’s experience with yoga was so transformative it inspired her to teach others so they may reap the same benefits. Nina has a 200-hour yoga teaching certification.
